Many Children with Hearing Loss Learn to Hear and Talk
We’re HEAR for YOU!

Some view hearing loss as a condition that separates people from those they love. We greet a diagnosis of hearing loss with hope.

Today, many children born with hearing loss detected early, fitted with proper hearing technology, early intervention and language development - learn to listen and talk. The Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is a lifelong resource offering support for listening, learning, talking and living independently with hearing loss. AG Bell promotes early detection, intervention, hearing technology, the use of spoken language and provides the necessary tools for this journey through publications, web-based educational materials, advocacy training, financial scholarships, and expertise from hearing loss professionals.

The Nevada chapter of AG Bell (AGBNV) is a non-profit support network with a community of parents, children, families and individuals with hearing loss, as well as, various hearing loss professionals that serve them. Our chapter community offers parent education, encouragement, mentorship, purpose driven events for those with hearing loss and their families.
